There are programs for all ages and family programs as well. Most programs are discounted for members. See the Programs page for more details about programs at The Link.

A Link member has access to the facility, including the weight room, gymnasium, indoor track, and locker room access. Classes have additional costs, however, each active member receives a discount on most programs and rentals in the Link.

The Link has a combination of face-to-face group exercise classes as well as some video based classes. The Link offers a boot camp and personal training. Please view the Fitness page for more details on all of the Link's fitness programs.

You can register for programs at the front desk or online. To register on ActiveNet, you need to have an approved account. If you have a membership at The Link, you already have an account. If not, you can create an account now.
If you don't have an account with The Link, then fill out all of the information for you and your family. Your account will need to be approved by staff on the next business day.
If you have an account with The Link, use the family email given for the USERNAME. You make up your PASSWORD. If you don't have a Login, Click on "Forgot Login" for the system to email you a temporary Login.

There are many options to rent different facilities for almost any type of function. The Link has a large community room that can host up to 220 people and can be separated for smaller events such as birthday parties and business meetings. See the Rentals page for more information about how to rent at The Link.

Yes, children under 8 must be with an adult or checked into the Bird's Nest child care area. Additionally, members must be at least 14 to be on the Fitness Floor or in Group Exercise classes. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we offer some programs to help offset any disappointment with these restrictions.

Those eligible for Medicare program membership have free access to The Link after creating an account with us. Please stop by the front desk to fill out the appropriate paperwork and then you can begin using the facility.

Luckily, we have the ability to move most event activities inside The Link, although we can't accommodate them all. The parade may be delayed or canceled based on current conditions. Updated information will be posted on our website and social media sites.

Parade entry is free and open to the public. We do ask that all entries register in advance so we can be sure to accommodate everyone. You may register at The Link customer service desk or online.

Please check-in with staff at the intersection of Rufe Snow Dr/Park Pl Dr. We will give you a number to put on your parade entry and direct you to the parade line.

- Windmill Park, 6936 Park Pl Dr (Pedestrian use only, no parking is available.)

Limited parking is available on-site at The Link and City Hall. Overflow parking is available at Richland Hills Baptist Church at 6852 Baker Blvd and Alliene Mullendore Elementary (temporary site), 3250 Scruggs Park Dr. Shuttle will be provided from the elementary school.

The patriotic ceremony is in The Link Pavilion following the parade about 10 a.m. It includes the presentation of colors, singing of the National Anthem and the official kick-off of the event.

The City partners with the Northeast Tarrant Chamber of Commerce and other area cities to host a fireworks show, the Northeast Family 4th on the 3rd. This year's Family 4th Celebration is on Thursday, July 3, from 5 to 10 p.m. and will include bounce houses, food trucks, Texas All-Star Jazz Orchestra and fireworks. Free parking is available at Wiley G. Thomas Coliseum (6108 Broadway Avenue) and the Birdville ISD Plaza (6351 Boulevard 26). Party Packages FAQs
Party packages start at $145 for up to 25 guests. Party add-ons are available.

Packages include the activity of your choice, 1.5 hours of rental space with tables and chairs and activity rental equipment. You may choose a party add-on which includes a custom cake, ice cream, bottled water and table décor for up to 12 guests for an additional $30 or up to 24 guests for $55.

Absolutely! You may bring your own food, cake and cupcakes from home or your favorite caterer. To make it even easier, we can provide a custom cake, ice cream and bottled water for an additional fee.

Definitely! You are welcome to bring your own decorations (no glitter or confetti) as long as you don't attach anything to the walls and windows. You're welcome to bring any table or free standing decorations. We can also provide table décor, plates, cups, napkins and cutlery for an additional fee.

You're welcome to watch them, but for the safety of all children we ask that all adults stay outside the egg hunt area except for the youngest age group. One adult may enter the egg hunt area for ages 3 and under. Each hunt has designated boundaries so it's easy to observe your child. We also recommend that you remind your child where you are standing so they can come back to the same spot. Thank you for your understanding. This helps prevent crowdedness and collisions.
