Senior Programs
Individuals 55 years of age and older can enjoy a variety of activities and trips. Connect with new friends, learn a new skill or create a healthier lifestyle through one of our programs. Registration is required for all activities unless otherwise noted. If you have an interest or an idea for a class, please let us know.

Free Group Exercise Classes
Unlimited free group exercise classes are available. Please see our Group Exercise Schedule for current classes. Our designated senior programs are listed below:
Exercise To Music
- Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
- Must have an active Link Membership (including free Medicare based Memberships)
Senior Yoga
- Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m.
Trips
Day trips are offered twice monthly, typically on the first and third Wednesdays. Transportation is provided. Please visit the Senior Trips page for current trips.
Senior Lunch Bunch & Bingo
- Second Thursday of each month beginning at noon
Enjoy a catered lunch followed by bingo and fun the second Thursday of every month. Space is limited, so register early! Registration deadline is noon the Monday prior to the luncheon. A $3 donation is recommended for non-members. All Lunch Bunch meals are available for indoor seating only.
Senior Paint Along
- First Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
Dip your brushes into a world of color and creativity! Our free painting class for seniors, taught by Desra Harrington, is the perfect opportunity to explore your artistic talents. All supplies are provided with a $5 supply fee. There is a different project each month. Limited availability. Advanced registration is encouraged.
Brown Bag Lunch & Bingo
- Fourth Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m.
Bring your own brown-bag lunch and join your friends or meet new ones as you dine together at The Link. Water and lemonade will be provided. At 12:30, Bingo sponsored by Palm Medical Centers begins. Availability for Bingo is limited. Advanced registration is required.
Home-Delivered Meals
If someone is homebound, even for a short time, and in need of home-delivered meals, please contact Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County at 817-336-0912.
