Total Body Training

A 1-hour workout designed to keep you lean and ensure boredom with exercise is a thing of the past. Our program has:

  • Core conditioning
  • Short distance running (less than one mile)
  • Strength training
  • Resistance exercises
  • Circuit training
  • Cardio exercises
  • Sport drills
  • Flexibility
  • Mobility and more!

Schedule & Age Range

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
    • 5:30 to 6:30 am
  • Saturdays
    • 8 to 9 am
  • Ages 18 and up

This program is broken into 12 monthly training sessions. Membership pricing is available.
